Is the new water thing heavy on the graphics? Or is it optional?

It's optional.

You can set them to low, but it isn't as heavy as you'd think it would be. My main FPS drops are when I fly above cities and stuff, but I am looking to upgrade my GFX card

I haven't been on lately, I cba to download the 1.3gb patch. But there are still loads of crashes and bugs in Hyjal. I'm currently logged out in Vash'jir.
