No I get the terrible meals so it's a trip to duty free beforehand for me.

I suppose I can put up with plane food. Some dishes taste quite nice where others are simply disgusting. This thread reminds me of the complaint to Richard Branson actually

While on this note, I might as well post photographs of the food we had in Delta business class last August (and will be eating this coming August) It was restaurant quality.

Aeroplane food isn't all the same. It depends who you fly with and what class you go in. We usually fly with british airways/first choice/thomsan local usually in 2nd or sometimes 1st class and there is nothing wrong with the food whatsoever, I love it on long flights when I wake up and see a full english breakfast in front of me. If someone says they had plane food and it was disgusting, ask them who they flew with and chances are it was a low budget airline.

Had roast beef or something on the plane a week ago it tasted like plastic.
