I do think that the GM and AGMs should be provided with good quality furniture so they can make an impact on Habbo - unfortunately you are your furni on there most of the time. I do think that HXHD should be given over to Roxy even if just for the summer as Jin is very busy during this time so that the themes can be altered. The staff should also get the RVR room popuar. I think if the GM and Agms also went there and did quite a few joint events/Q&A on Habbo together it would higher their profiles. As far as the rest of it is concerned I don't really see it as any of my business. It is their site - fullstop.

I am drawing up plans for changes in the department (rare values) which will hopefully make the room workable and the department workable, because with the introduction of the marketpalce and the collapse of the Club sofa - if the department disappeared tommorow it would not greatly affect much at all. The sad truth is that and its time it faced it, we need to move from reporting to advice and hopefully that will be achieved over the summer with consent from senior management.

I think all problems though stem back to the site design, let's face it - Habbox compared to the likes of Habborator, Great La + various others is lagging behind in years.

I agree with Brent Ryan. I think more needs to be made of the General Management in the same way Skaterchu did so with ClubHabbo The fact is that sierk and Jin are no longer known on the hotel as they were many years ago, and yes while they should stay (they own the site afterall) the General Management need to be up there rather than just staying obsure on the forum.

I know it sounds big headed to suggest making General Management (Garion, Matt) more prominent but I think personalities really help sites continue running and are what sets each site differing from the next.

Indeed. Seeing as the target audience of Habbox is Habbo (it's a fansite afterall) and Habbo is a community/MMROPG or whatever the true name of it is, other communities with Habbo make themselves known and the people inside those smaller-communities also make themselves known. It happened alot in the past with HabboForum, HabboxForum, ClubHabbo and so forth. Although no-one really pays much attention, when they become long-term members they start noticing it and find it strange that people who do most of the tasks get left in the quiet. Seacat, JackHb and others were well known in the past, but weren't the owners, yet now the General Management are shadowed by the owners, when the owners only play with the purse strings and anything in the background, when the people in the foreground are rarely taken into consideration or given much publicity.

Dan, I meant the whole of the habbox staff - I wasn't criticising RVR or their staff. I appreciate you are having a tough time with that department at the moment.

Jins a good bloke, sierk isnt prominent for whatever reason and well... Yeah, i think its just Jin needs a spare set of hands for certain tasks that technically able people could do.

I mean hell, if Jin asked me tommorow, "do you want to help maintain, secure & repair the site when im busy?" i would jump to the chance. Would enjoy it too seeing as servers (networks) & web dev are what im studying at uni.

Not hinting or anything... Im not trusted enough anyway lol, but yeah Matt & the AGMs should get more big-ups, even just two of them who are really active is good enough :]
