Hxhd positions

I can understand everyone's concern, although I think some folks may be neglecting that the decisions we make as to who is allowed to return under which position is dependent on the reasons that staffmember initially resigned, and what's in the best interest for the department. In this case allowing the staffmember in question to return as a super staff was within the best interests of the future of this department.

Before anyone starts **** no I didn't make this just because jamesOYES came back as super staff its happened a few times now.

Staff who resign from habbox forfeit there job, its hardly fair if other people are waiting in line doing a good job then a ex super staff member decides 'ah il just come back' I'm not sure about other departments but with habboxlive if you leave you forfeit your position (unless your normal staff of course).


I don't think staff who decide to leave habbox should be entitled to get that position back, for example thats like hoteluser leaving tomorrow then deciding to come back in a weeks time, it just seems very unprofessional.

If you get a job in tescos as a manager then decide to leave and come back a few weeks later, the position won't be available for that person no longer, yeah this is real life but I thought habbox wanted to be 'professional'.

This only ever seems to happen with the helpdesk all other departments as far as I know won't let that ex staff member have their position back, if someone is going to resign they have decided to leave, you can't just take your position back whenever you feel like it its just stupid.

Garion returned as Assistant Forum Manager after a long time - I don't see people complaining there :S.

Some resign and realise they miss it and want it back, so they should get a 7 days window where they can return, after that, they should re-apply.

That's what I was thinking to be honest. It isn't like James got fired or anything, it was a matter of hours he decided to return back at HxHD. It is not a big deal at all, although we won't let people to keep resigning and returning very so quickly. Just takes the mick if it keeps happening.

If it makes anyone feel better previously today a PM was sent to all of our staffmembers discussing resigning and then expressing interest upon returning, which elaborated into discussing how it has been happening too much lately

You should be given 7 days to decide whether or not your resignation was the wise thing to do, if not, you can return back to your role. If you did want to resign and after the 7 days period you did decide to return, you should have to wait a month and then be allowed to return as normal staff.

Also JamesOYES deserved Assistant :S He has been staff for longer and is more active and helpful. I think we all know why RNB got it :rolleyes: Surprised HU is even Manager, he acts so immature on here. Broke 2 rules in 2 days.
