I'm taking a little break at the moment... converting the 4800 steel bars - I made (4800/10000) while I was a non-member - into cannon balls. =]

I just got a smithing-strange rock also! xP ...
Means I now have one for: Thieving, Mining and Smithing.

Couldn't edit... but yeah... it took 3004 cannonballs (751bars) but I managed to get another smithing-rock:


Now I'ma try and get a theiving and mining rock so it doesn't take up so much space in my bank! ...

Then it'll be back to quests! =]
Even though I'm only 21k from a 74smithing... actually I have quite a few levels close to leveling... >.>

EDIT: Omg, I just got another mining rock from mining 27rune ore! Liturally one trip!... Crazy...

Damn can't edit... but yeah, 17mins later and I have the last rock I needed!... Now, quests...

So... I've been cutting oak logs and converting them into planks so I can get 68 construction for the "Fairy Tale III - Orks Rift" quest...
I worked out I needed 1004 oak planks to get that level... so yeah... 's what I've been doing.

Why not buy them? Well:
Oak Planks = 550gp
Oak Logs + Saw Mill = 328gp
Saw Mill = 250gp

So yeah, much cheaper... and pretty easy & quick anyway... took under an hour I think... =]

Also, whilst I was cutting them I managed to get: 2 Strange Rocks and 4 Bird nests.
These are the exact amount of logs/planks I had at the time I got each:
At 036 = Rock1
At 112 = Bird1 - Papaya [41k+] / Nest [7k+]
At 130 = Bird2 - Maple [34k+]
At 246 = Bird3 - Palm [111k+]
At 497 = Rock2
At 777 = Bird4 - Sapphire Ring [1k]



Now to use those 1020 oak planks and get two construction levels! =D
Shouldn't take took long at all. =]
