As stated previously we're most likely going to be changing to a normal room size. Read up

You dont have to look to the left, you can zoom in and then it's just like a normal room.

I really like it, but the down side is that the room is too big. and theres a big empty black space at the side of the Staff area.

I can see what Mr Garner has done, and made it a big room so 50 peeps/peepettes can come in, but its too big. If it stay's likr this Mr Garner will have to do something about the empty black area.

The room is pretty laggy, but I like the layout apart from the BBQ in the staff area which looks weird to me. I think there should be more chairs in staff area.

Tonight when we change over I am going to give Garner some Tiki sands which look a lot better in terms of joining. I think it will make the staff area look a lot better. The imp is temporary and do you think a Cola Machine would look better in place of the Butler?

Yes it would. The butler looks way out of place - at least the cola machine relates to cold drinks on the beach rather than.... a butler?
Oh, and tiki sands will look a lot better. A dirty country field doesn't really go with the nice serene water.
