basically i just went in there on an old unbanned account (woohoo) and this guy needed help so he asked and there SEVEN people behind the bar, they had to use the extra seats. they were all talking one another and lexilu and rnb.queen were doing the usual "lol we are naughty twins ;]" or something equally as ****. this guy kept asking for help and i was sat there not saying anything and he must have asked like 3/4 times and they were all talking but not one person helped him lol :S

so i said are any of you going to help him and got kicked so i go back in and get kicked again. in the mean time i see the guy saying hello....

happened approx 5mins ago

idk why matt banned me, i was given no warning and all i said was "not allowed an opinion then"

i've been using that room more than all of them combined and i always chill in there

Yeh that's been a problem in the past too from what I saw, I saw one other person doing the same just earlier but I cba to make a complaint. I'm sure all that will be said is PM hoteluser or something.

Hey Jake,

Sorry that you are mad at you being banned from the room, I don't blame you. It seems I got told one thing but confusion and incorrect information made me realise the mistake that took place after I banned you. For what you said, you shouldn't of been banned for even if you did call Habbox a scam site.

I only ban people from the room who are on the banned list or obvious clones that are going to cause problems such as "HotelAbuser" and so on. I do admit this was a bad mistake and I do apologize for it. I'm now going to talk to HxHD because you weren't warned and wasn't even logged into the system.
