That's not a bad idea at all, Oli! I was thinking maybe we could incorporate a Habbo knowledge base into the staffpanel and eventually get it onto Habbox.com when the next version comes out.

I can see what you mean but we are also advising the members of Habbox encase this virus ever got onto their machines. It is a common virus and it was propping up with a number of uses using the Habbox websites but we have confirmed the virus is not anywhere on our website.

For the most part they do, and we don't have a problem with their lack of knowledge limiting their abilities as a staffmember - it's mostly just carelessly A**** without remembering now that they're staff - you're not allowed to do this. When we catch a staffmember who is AFK we do make the message very clear that it's not allowed or acceptable. What's unfortunate in this situation is that there's no screenshots to validate, or show, which members were AFK so there's not really any room to manoeuvre here, unfortunately

I agree it's becoming too frequent for our liking. This is being addressed now

I think the problem is that because so many people are all typing at once, people who ask for help don't get noticed because their speech bubble goes up so quickly.
I watched the person highlighted in the screenshot come in and ask for help and she eventually left without being helped.

The announcement was made to explain to people the virus was not inherently part of Habbox and to advise people on some basic steps they could take to deal with it.

David, your attitude stinks. How you are the manager is beyond me. When people see the way you speak, and see that you are a manager, they must get a very bad impression of Habbox.

Let me demonstrate. I will explain it first and then show the screenshots.

I walked in and said Hello to the staff. One out of seven said hello back.

    I then asked a question.

    no reply.
    no reply.
    no reply.
    blanked.

Then Matt goes if anyone is going to answer me. David the manager replies "I saw it don't worry" AND STILL DOESN'T ANSWER IT.
If that doesn't make you hate him and think he is arrogant then then what will :S. If someone walks in and asks for help and his attitude it "lol I saw your question but I won't answer it" when the room name says HABBOX HELP DESK then HotelUser is giving a bad name to Habbox.

This isn't the first time. I have already provided management with screen shots of when I walked in, he was behind the desk and he blanked me. Rule is, if you are behind the desk, do not be afk. However, once management saw it, he goes "Oh I saw it, but I have other stuff to do than reply you know". THAT ATTITUDE STINKS and is a ridiculous excuse where he pretends he sees it and still refuses to reply.

Lastly, when I asked for -rep to be removed as it causes arguments, his first post in my thread was to cause an argument :S. This person does not deserve to even be staff.
