She literally just suggested that (it's my sister, so she is sat not far from me) and I advise her against it. She's got into Sussex (her first choice) and I've known people to get marked down a grade or two when asking for a remarking, so it's not really worth it .

True, it depends on what mood the examiners in.

AS Maths - C - got A in my C1 paper but then E in C2 and D in S1 so retaking my C2 to bump up my grades.
AS Media - C - WOOT!!!!!!!
AS P.E - C - WOOT!!!!!
AS Further maths - No grade yet cause i have yet to sit 1 of the modules. Got a U in FP1 and a D in my D1 so gotta retake that as well.
