No, I shower daily therefore I change daily, simples.
I think I used to not change daily back in the days of when i didnt realise about hygiene being that important. Quite a while ago, before secondary school.

Morning to morning. But technically I do wear them for more than 1 day (24 hours) if I put them on Friday morning and then wake up a bit later on the Saturday?
