International Involvement with HxHD.

I am not just talking about today, the HxHD has been going downhill for a while. I've been hoping it can be picked back up when all the new Trialists settle in.

I understand that it's family day & rest day but there should surely be at least one person at the help desk. I also know that you are extremely active, I always see you at the help desk and I hope you keep it up!

You are one of the people the HxHD needs.

First off, Thank you very much for your comment about myself and HxHD. HxHD has been struggling a bit due to about 5 or 6 of the staff members resigned in the space of 2 weeks, Now this obviously would hit any department hard... But the trialists are just getting settled into their new roles throughout Habbox and I can assure you that HxHD will be back to it's normal self

2 International Applications, wow I know who those 2 where to

I think it would be a great idea if you opened up just International Applications as the HxHD is lacking Intl. Staff at the moment. This would also bring more variety to habbox and especially the help-desk.

I know about the hiring staff via application, but maybe you should do it and maybe give them a 1 day trial or smething (not sure).

I can safely say that out of the 70 or so applications we have received only 2 applications were international.
Surely cannot hire international staff if they do not apply? Furthermore, applications were open for over 1 week, thus everyone has the opportunity to apply.
When hiring staff we must look at the quality of the application. We would be more than happy to open applications directed to internationals only and see how that goes.

Andy got it for a number of reasons that Dave and Shar may or may not want to reveal to you... HxHD hires people for a reason and I'm sure management have their own reason for hiring Andy... I myself am glad he got the trial.

Yes, it's funny how bulk resign at the same time? I actually think they realised the HxHD was going down so they resigned.

Hopefully management can choose more good staff and give everyone an equal opportunity

i quite like the idea of just opening hxhd applications just for international people but i don't think its fair to say hxhd is going downhill as its really not there are so many good staff.

We shall keep this in mind and consider opening separate applications directed to internationals

But there are also alot of Staff members that bring down the HxHD, by giving out Warnings and Bans for no utter reason or the wrong reasons.

I also think just International HxHD Applications should be opened, as again I'll say it the help-desk really needs more International Staff.

If you feel someone gave out a unfair warning/ban then you can appeal it by pming david and shar directly and it'll be looked into
