    Protein isn't going to do anything unless you lift weights... Eggs have a lot of protein in, so does fish. If you want to gain weight you need loads of calories/carbs and to restrict the amount of exercise you do.

    I know that I've looked it up and I've got my carbs sorted but it's the protein that's a problem cos I don't really eat meat....

    Protein bars/milkshakes are what you should look into then.

    Mainly just stuff like eggs/milk/cheese/yoghurt. Won't find much else!
