True but I download all my songs at home anyway. I'm not really into all this Spotify malarkey so I didn't really know the idea was to download it while you are out and about.

You most likely won't use it up, mostly I sync my Spotify so it all works offline on my phone anyway.

Yeah use the Wifi at home to sync offline playlists, and then just use it for the odd song over 3G whilst out and about. It's compressed so shouldn't use too much bandwidth. Especially not 1GB.

I mainly use offline playlists on my phone - I have like 500 songs I think. Only stream occasionally - just think 5mb a song or something. So stream 200 songs a month. Nthink the average song is 3/4mb not sure - can't remember. But you shouldn't need to hit it.
