Once it's in redstone sim it's actually not that difficult...

Not saying its difficult, but surely time consuming clearing the area n whatnot. But then again i havent used redstone sim so i dont know how that works on the actual map

truth. Once he did the redstone sim he just imported it all into minecraft using mcedit

Step 1) Write it into RedStone Sim - Depends, months maybe?
Step 2) Clear the area in MCEdit - 5 Seconds
Step 3) Run the redstone sim import - 5 minutes, no hard labour
Step 4) Start up minecraft and give everyone a nerdgasm

so with stuto server how do you get stuff like bricks etc or do you need to be superman for that

/give bricks amount

Then make them bricks manually... or find out the specifc ID for bricks.
You gotta ask Stuto if you want to build though.
