There area few things to consider...

    Intel or AMD
    What socket your processor is...
    ATX or mATX
How many module ports it needs (RAM Ports)
Whether it needs SATA &/or IDE connectors#
    PS2 connectors or just USB

Get back with that information and maybe we can help

    Thanks, Lew.

Intel or AMD Personally prefer Intenl
What socket your processor is... I've seen on some "bundles" they include a processor, If not then i'd like a fairly decent processor to work with DDR3
    ATX or mATX ATX
How many module ports it needs (RAM Ports) 2-3
Whether it needs SATA &/or IDE connectors Both please
PS2 connectors or just USB USB

Do you want USB 3.0 as well or just 2.0?

    Probably this (http://www.ebuyer.com/product/193509) then.

Lets you use an i3/i5 or i7 with the LGA 1156 chipset, It has both IDE and SATA, lets you run 2200+MHz DDR3 RAM (4 slots) and it also has USB 3.0 (although you said it didn't matter).

What processor and intercooler would i put with that?
Plus it supports up to 16gb of ram, So that'd be 4x4gb sticks?

Processor wise I would probably go for an i5 660 (http://www.ebuyer.com/product/185940) - It would come with a stock cooler but I don't really have any knowledge of using an aftermarket cooler.

Yeah, that would make up the 16GB.

Also, you wont need an additional network card unless you still use dial up?
