All staff should be playing a big part in promoting all of the habbox sites/departments on Habbo imo!
so technically they should all have a habbo account :-)

Woah wait, the arguments make no sense. Forum Staff and Graphics Staff need Habbo Accounts? No they don't, they do not necessarily have to have Habbo Accounts. For some reason the assumption is that Graphics staff cannot make pixel/graphic art without an account, when surely the idea is to be creative, not "borrow" Habbo graphics? Being an active member of Habbo may help Habbox Graphics Designers, but it is far from necessary to have an account, when anyone can make a Graphic, not just a Habbo account holder . So that is invalid as an argument, especially when the Graphic Team seem to be doing above average work anyway.
Forum Staff only need to know about Habbo if the forums they moderate are directly linked to Habbo. In most cases you don't need an account, seeing as any major news and information about Habbo is reported on anyway. Heck, I could make a few Habbo graphics either using my imagination, or copying images from Habbox News and editing them to fit whatever need is desired.
Besides, the "Habbo Names" part of a profile serves this purpose, especially when it appears to be available in forum/thread/post view :/

How exactly is that unrelated?
To me it seems the community departments is doing all the advertising for the forum, whilst the forum staff sit back and edit a few posts. That shouldn't be the case, the forum team should be made advertise their own department.

forum members from Habbo as the majority of the prizes are Habbo-related apart from the odd VIP comp running. Even better if non-Habbo forum members take part but they're not particularly aimed at them. Whereas graphics etc don't need to rely on forum members from Habbo or forum members from non-Habbo as it doesn't really affect their job.
