can't login cos minecraft has decided to go down again

I don't deny placing the blocks, nor do I deny that a fire was started, but I'd made 100% sure that the fire wouldn't spread to the actual buildings as I was doing lava/fire tests underground - ironically enough for working out how to safely place it. Someone else must have changed something in the area for the fire to reach the top level, as I'm sure it doesn't usually travel through 3 layers of rock

How would anyone else have discovered it was there to be able to make it spread? Remember there were underground tunnels already near the houses with wood blocks there. And also the nearby land was flooded with water blocks also found in the logs.

As for water there was in the room I made underground a 1x3 of lava and a 1x3 of water a few spaces away, I placed no water on the surface

The area the lava was placed was much deeper than the tunnels. The fact is you placed the lava right under a flamable building, we even did a recreation of how fast the fire spread from the lava at that level. If you didn't mean to grief then why didn't you repair the damage or tell someone?

It's common sense to test something potentially dangerous away from other stuff.

Since you're still claiming it wasn't you i've dug up yet more evidence showing you placed the logs and wood at that position and altitude at the same time which allowed the fire to spread.

5 buildings were damaged beyond repair because of this.
