    0 - 10 = low
11 - 22 = average (most women score about 15 and most men score about 17)

32 - 50 is very high (most people with Asperger Syndrome or high-functioning autism score about 35)
    50 is maximum

I kind of figured that the lower the score; the better. But does having a low score like mine mean anything, like I have a good memory or I'm outgoing or something? Guessing just the opposite to having autism?

You're pretty much right. Its just an online screening, giving you the probability based on the answers you gave based on situations which would be considered "average" behaviour and "autistic" behaviour. Normally if you have a high rating, which is abnormally high, it usually does suggest that you seek assistance to see if there is actually anything to it. And let me tell you, it can take months if not years for a full diagnosis, not just a couple of minutes on a website. You can't base a diagnosis off an online screening, as we may define behaviour one way, but other people, and medical/psychological professionals might define it another way and for different reasons. Also we as humans tend to think highly critically of our behaviour, so we may put something down which is exagerrating how be truely behave, so we need an external diagnosis to ensure we don't go all pessimistic and think we've got every illness on the planet.

I agree fully with iSarcastix. You can't fully diagnose someone with so-called "autism" without seeing them face-to-face in my opinion.

    Still, I got 23.
