Good news and a good alternative to the hailed mass unban

This really. The point of this review is to take on board things that have either been swept under the carpet in the past, to change where change is needed and most importantly to find ways of implementing the most asked for features over time. A mass unban wont happen because ultimately a lot of people have been banned for very good reasons, I've seen other forums that gave up having mass unbans simply because the same people just ended up banned again - so I think that although this part of the review may not be as far as you'd like, give us some credit for meeting you half way

As for sunday updates, I will see if there is anything I can do but I doubt it will be much.

I think its great, this is the kind of thing Habbox should be sorting out and well done for getting around to it. Myself personally, i'm going to try again to overturn my ban on my old account and get them merged (the account that was banned by ---MAD--- under a rule that didn't exist until after the ban).

Anybody can grow up yes, however if they broke rules and deserved to be perm'd then that's that - which is why we are only reversing unfair bans or bans which have no evidence.

I could guaruntee no bans issued within the last few months have no evidence since we are so stringent on policy nowadays, the reason there's no need to look at recent bans is because they have probably already been appealed - if not they can appeal as normal.

Not logged in since 22nd as quite frankly you are a crap AGM, but when I was linked to this thread, I just had to log in and reply.
In reply to the above two posts of yours: The current bans are more unfair than MAD's. The way the current management treat MAD's regime is pretty much pathetic. The simple answer is this: He was better than you. End of. Forum was more popular. Radio was more popular. Site was more popular. So if anything, you are making yourself look even more stupid by your constant silly comments on MADs regime as he did better than you are doing.

Secondly, the bans now are more unfair. How do I know? I had one infraction, unlocked my own thread once and Matt closed it. No warning, no pm, no caution. I complained about Nicola's abusive -rep (which was removed as she broke the forum rules ... and she is a super moderator) and next thing I know, I am cautioned :S. I appeal. Matt turns it down. Jamesy turns it down saying its fair. No point asking Oli is there lol?
So the current management all say no as they are scared to over turn each others decision and it was stupid and unfair (lol just 1 infraction unrelated to it) :S Jin comes along and un-cautions me - proving the current management are pathetic.
And you say MAD was bad. You are worse. You just dislike him as he banned you for being a e-rebel lol.

Tell him to stop being stupid Nemo. Does he not realise that there are different set of rules for management? If there wasn't, Nicola would have been fired, Oli would have banned himself and so much more.

But I think that a specific date shouldn't be set. I mean '30th April 2009' is that it? That's a bit silly imo, as that's like 1 year and half ban if I'm not mistaken. But then next year when other people who got banned say on 23rd February 2010 then they still won't be able to appeal is what you are saying? Surely you could change that to something like after a 18 month ban you may once again appeal or something? Seems more fair.
