Don't think the Blu Ray drive will fit in it so might have to just go with a DVD drive, van always update it in the future?

The motherboard has wi-fi built in, so you don't need that wireless card. It wouldn't have fit in the case anyway.

That DVD drive won't fit in the case you need a slimline one such as one of these

    http://www.ebuyer.com/product/242242 - Blu-Ray

You're going to need an adaptor to power it and connect it to the motherboard too. (I don't think it will come with an adaptor)

And you can't put a disk drive in that cases BTW (http://www.kustompcs.co.uk/acatalog/info_1020.html)

I assume this PC is going to be attached to a TV and used as a HTPC? If so then I probably would.

And it should be fine now. The case *may* come with an adaptor cable BTW. According to this it does http://www.legitreviews.com/article/1133/3/ but you may still want to get that one to be sure.

What OS do you plan on running?

You wouldn't need XP if you had Pro, you could just run the virtual XP enviroment. Plus are you sure an Atom could deal with 1080p? I know it can do 720p but I'm sure it struggles with higher (although what you're getting may be newer that what that applies to).

Hmm it says this on the spec:
Supports HDMI with max. resolution up to 1920x1080x32Bppx60Hz
    So I presume so?

Just because it supports it doesn't mean it plays it back flawlessly.
