Had a week off school and due to family commitments my diet/exercise has been terrible. I'm sure I've probably even lost weight this week which obviously I'm not happy about being a hardgainer. I'm around 5"11 and in the last week I have probably lost a pound or 2 so I will be under 10 stone now. :@
With Halloween tonight I suppose I'm gonna pack some extra poundage, but I work out near every day. Hockey practices are killer![]()

ahh this reminds me of when my friend invited me to play 5-aside football again. I wasn't used to the constant sprinting around for an hour.
Hockey must be fast paced too, I never was very good at it. I'd swing for the ball and smack it in completely the wrong direction and miss!
I work out 3 to 4 times a week eating tons of protein and shakes to keep me in-shape. I think it's important to work out different body parts each day to change it up and allow your body to rest.
