You probably have a six pack, no insult to you but your abdominal muscles are probably quite small if you have never worked out. You just have a low bf%, thats why they are visible.

creatine is pointless. you bulk up for as long as the course takes then 2 weeks off it and you'll lose everything it did to you. it's only good for bodybuilding so they look massive for the competitions then they can lose it straight away.

As soon as i hit 18 im starting proper working out

I know a guy who was really tall for his age when he was 12, he took creo and did a ton of workouts for five or so years. Well he sure is a tank now at 17 but he's the shortest in his year, doing what he did seemed to stunt his growth.

Weightlifting does not stunt your growth. It is a myth.

It's actualy not a myth, it's been researched multiple times and proven. Ask any Gp and they will tell you the same. Not to mention i've actualy seen this happen to somebody with my own eyes.

What makes you think it's a myth?

im not into all this competitiveness at the gym and stuff, when i went everyone kept themselves to themselves but now the guys at my college go its like LET SEE WHO CAN BENCH MOST its like yeah or not, dont wanna put u to shame LOL JKE

urm yeah and all this protein stuff like eating raw eggs (if thats what it is lol) and stuff, seems extreme to me but whatever people are in to

Firstly let me just say I love the amount of arguments that happen in this thread

Secondly I know what you mean Myke, I never really enjoyed the gym atmosphere, everyone would just challenge you to lifting and it really used to do my head in lol. I work out at home too.. much more relaxed and I can focus on what I'm doing. Although it's much more dangerous cz there's no-one around to help you if you get in trouble.
