    Excersice is awesome... yet I eat a lot so I doubt my exercising does anything. O_O

    But thats very good!

    300 Sit-ups a night, and a few pressups.

    That'll clear your mind, it's what I do.

    You'll get a 6 pack in like a few week..

    So, If you do push ups for 5mins a day for 7days and drink loads of water and dont eat that much junk food you stay in shape?
    Cus atm im on 7stone ( I was on 7.5 a few weeks ago ) and i want to be about 5stone, Any tips?

    5 stone?! I don't think that would be a healthy weight.

    I would like to weigh about 8 stone.

    if your above 5 foot you would have to kill your self to achive it =.= thats a realy stupid weight to want to be realy "/ plus doing push ups would have the oppersit effect as mustle is hevery than fat to start with

    Hm i wish i could loose that much weight, it's good to drink water though i don't really drink anything else but water these days.
