Default Laptop i hope to get.

Ok below i will post the stats of the laptop i wish to get.

The laptop is the Alienware M11x and i plan to use it at university for work, gaming and most things actually

Unfortunatley i can't get an image (or be bothered to upload and link one XD) but i've got to say it does look A-M-A-Zing, It's what an Alienware M11x looks like but with green neon instead of red.

I've found a problem, it's overpriced trash made by Dell. Just get a laptop from a proper make than just a brand image with pretty case design.

Dell are absolutely fantastic, infact one of the only four companies (HP, Dell, Asus, occasionally Apple) I would buy a laptop from, move along.

They have piss poor Support and I had my power cable replaced three times then they replaced the motherboard with a broken one and replaced it again.

Sounds like you had a bad expirience which is unfortunate because from what i know of dell from freinds and family theyre 99% good.

In all honesty, it just sounds like mistreatment of the laptop by the user or a fib... No company of the size of Dell will give you that low level of support.

Lost_Addict, the M11x looks awesome from what I've seen of it around, one of Dell's nicer laptops, I'd go for it, it would suit University life quite well

Ive bought twice from Dell now, they have great customer support, my charger broke down was replaced within 2 days and my laptop was up and running with minimum down time. They are also quite cheap. Alienware is pretty expensive though they do look pretty amazing.

I used to have a dell desktop.

They are fantastic, and I coul always rely on them.

Anyone with bad experiences is simply unlucky tbh
