I currently have a bling pool and the bling toilet in my room if you want to quickly find a pool. Penguins were increased to 3 snowflakes I think too and the bling pool got me 2.

They put the prices up, but the reward for completing the second quest is two so I'm not sure what to think.

For completing the achievement you get 1 additional snowflake, but im not sure as to why the price was increased on the penguins
