    Question Application Questiions

Hey! I would really love to be a habbox DJ, i have hosted game/radio shows on stickam before but thats about it. Is that good for experience or should i try to get more? Also I looked at the SAM Software and im 15 so i do not have 279 dollars to buy this. is there any cheaper alternatives i could possibly get? Also im not sure what i should record for my DJ skills so if you have any suggestions i would love it!
    Thank you :]

Stickam is good, but I guess the more experience you get, the more better you/your application will be. I'm not sure if it's allowed on HabboxLive (I read somewhere that it's not - if I'm incorrect, someone please correct me) but there are 2 programs which are good for DJing and are free, Winamp and Virtual DJ.
With recording your 1 minute clip, I always thought the question to be: "If you were to DJ right now on air, what would you say which will last 1 minute".
    Hope it helps

    Hiya there

So you're thinking of applying? Thats always good to hear from international staff!

About the experience, you really don't need any if you have good voice and tone and interaction with listeners so whatever you have just adds on bonus points.

So to answer the question about the DJing software, there are free programs out there however HabboxLive recommends you use SAM broadcaster as it's always better to use that. If you go on the spacialaudio website (http://www.spacialaudio.com/) you can get SAM broadcaster 4 as a trial version for now.

Regarding the one minute clip, it is always best to pretend that you are DJing on air. Maybe even make up a few fake requests and shoutouts to get you going. Announce songs that are coming up next, give background details on that artist, really anything you can think of!! Be sure however to keep your voice clear and at a good tone.

Good luck if you decide to apply and I hope to see you on the team if you do well enough and apply!

They don't have a 'trial' radio. You basically become HabboxLive staff for 2 weeks, whilst being evaluated on everything you do! So it's like being on a trial radio with about 70+ listeners.
