Xbox or ps3

I would prefer the Xbox purely because of my friends who have it aswell. Do any of your friends have the Xbox or Playstation? This could be one of your deciding factors.

I think Kinect would be great for you as it has more 'girlish' games may I say?

I'm not going to get into an argument on Xbox v PS purely because I don't really care what you choose but just giving you my honest opinion.

Yes, As I said before my friends have both. But my friends on the xbox dont use it as much. But i would only trade my xbox if the connection is better, as my connection is very poor and half the time I cant connect. But I dont want to buy something that could possibly give me an even worse connection.

Tbh i think the ps3 is better for everything as like i own 2 xbox 360's [white] and they are both **** and then i got my ps3 and all my mates have them and they are fabulous for doing anything and everything but it was a bit confusing at start to get used to the system so yeh ;]

If you have connection problems with your Xbox, you're more than likely to also have them with the PS3. Make sure you have an open NAT connection. If you need a hand, Google the following 'How to port forward my router xbox 360'

I've already done all this When i first joined live i had to do it, only that wasnt the problem

I have had a ps3 since the start (60gb so plays ps2 games) and get a great wireless connection for online play.

If you have a 3D tv you can play the 3d films through the ps3 and they are on about 3d gaming coming out very soon.

I had a Xbox but it died after 2 weeks so got a refund and decided to stick with sony as I have never had an issue on anything of that brand.

I do think the kinnect or whatever its called looks really good though and it tempts me buy another xbox and get rid of my wii

How about get a friend to bring their ps3 to yours to try the connection etc? or even hire one for a week to try.

The 'phat' PS3 is good for standing alongside the 360 Slim to keep the dust off it.
