So I got the play station I hoped to get, and set it all up.

- Speakers are working fine (thanks for the help Tom!)
- PS3 is working

- You require a system update.

That's fine. But since so many people are (well I assume) trying to install it, the update won't actually install. So I can't set up PSN, I can't play any games.

Oh the joys haha

you have to update in order to access online stuff.

Being a genius, I realised you could update it via a removable storage device. So I went on to sony's website and found the update - and it is working fine

Keep getting a 'DLNA Error' when trying to install a 38mb update for Fifa 11.

Not sure what is going wrong :S

That IS strange.

Tried it fifteen times - highest it got was 10%.

While posting this, just checked again and it has got to 35 already :S

then stopped at 37
