Why do Habbo never ban for genuine things anymore?

Before the merge i said the 'N' word and got a straight ban for 24 hours.
However, someone comes into my shop today, says it and they don't get banned even with someone reporting them.

How is that fair?

Now I am not saying my ban was unfair - it wasn't, but everyone should be treat the same.

I got banned some year ago for making a room saying " this guy is not safe" they banned me for 1 day
now I appeal to get my scam rooms removed because I don't even bet and kids these days make scam rooms over a fight lol..
They never remove the room .. this is great.

They done this to me once and I reported somebody for swearing, the reply I got was 'use the mute button'. LOL.

I never get this issue, if I see someone spamming or being rude I report them straight away and 9 times out of 10 I watch them pop offline

Because it's probably easier to ban someone incorrectly than it is to find evidence to ban another person correctly.

i'm sure racism is much more severe.... and i reported him like straight away cos it was racist.

If you got banned for 24hrs for racism before the merge it was either a long, long time ago (talking years here) or you'd used racist terms before. The first instance ban for racist terms is 4 hours and it's been that way for a few years now.

I had never been racist before and it was less than a year ago. However, thanks for replying.
