PLUS rushing into a relationship in episode 2 is too fast for me. If they're going to get a new character into a relationship they should build up the character first, so we know why they're like that etc.

Not necessarily. Just make it more obvious in some way, or let the character build up before getting him into a relationship.

I like that its so instant. As Josh will no doubt be blind of any of Nate's flaws.

It happens so often in teenage life. You meet a guy/girl, sleep with each other then the next morning, you're at home thinking "wow, that was great - I really really like [insert name here]". But really, you know nothing about the person, its just lust that's making you feel that way. (I've done this twice)

I think it'd be good for Josh to go this way and later wish he didn't...

I'm not saying he has to be completely camp, but it just bugs me the way they've portrayed him. I'm not saying at all that he should be camp, or act completely gay, but it's a TV show, stereotypes are often the norm anyway, and they could, and probably SHOULD make it more obvious in some way, like I said - Josh isn't a camp character but I could tell he's gay because he wasn't comfortable with a girlfriend.

I thought it was obvious he was gonna be Josh's love interest tbh. I don't agree with you bout the gay thing but I do agree with you that they do seem to rush people into unrealistic relationships for drama rather than taking things slowly. It's like they sit down at the end of every series or part-series and say 'right who shall we pair up this time?'

I love in depth we're all looking at this. The guy has had two lines and the storyline between Josh and Nate has yet to begin
