I dont think they'll change the actual hardware of imac for a long time, As they look pretty decent still at the moment.

It's great for you in other countries, I would probably buy a mac if I didn't live in Europe. The prices this way are horrific.

Expand on that. Why does it look horrific? I can think of obvious problems which, if it wasn't Apple, would result in any other OS getting blasted for "copying"

Generally just taking all the concepts from iOS and plonking them into a desktop OS, it's a terrible idea IMO.
