
She would ignore the PMs/not do it if she didn't want to help.Just saying but since redtiz has joined the forum the majority of what she has done is unbanned people and tbf its not entirely fair on her, most of you will argue that 'its her job' and stuff but seriously, don't use her all the time unless you have tried all the other ways possible first! anyway hope you get unbanned soon.

I agree, you should contact Redtiz only after you've contacted Customer Support and nothing has been resolved.
I did contact customer support and they didnt respond.....
They usually take a while to reply unfortunately.

Still, if she thought it was unfair she wouldnt do it. You wouldn't complain if it was your account being unbanned. If redtiz suddenly stopped helping and you needed her help - you'd be most annoyed. Anyway, all habbos have access to this forum therefore all habbos have the chance to pm redtiz for help, ultimately.
