They kind of stamped out all of these ideas when they said all (100%) of the proceeds have to go to charity. As far as I am aware they've not budged on relaxing the new rules since they were introduced a couple of years ago.
They will still moan - Habbo have repeatedly mentioned how any exclusive features is against the Fansite Rules. This covers any amount going to Habbox. Literally all the money has to go to charity if charity is mentioned, as it is seen as profiting from charity - are people donating to charity, knowing most goes to Habbox? Unfortunately, Habbox have to obey Habbo, no matter how stupid they are.Something to do with VIP just popped into my head, not sure if its been suggested or anything before but... Couldn't you sell VIP constantly with a percentage going to a charity and the rest to Habbox?
Say if VIP was £1.50 the 50p could go to charity? Or have Sulake already stamped that idea out?

Yeah it really isn't like we do it just to cause a fuss. I wrote a huge letter when it first came out highlighting our costs which at the time were substantially higher and how we relied on proceeds such as these to keep operating. They still were having none of it though I believe they will be reviewing this rule in a few months time.

Hopefully common sense and basic human decency will prevail. It was unbelievably insulting seeing such a rule come into existence. Fansites benefit Habbo in ways they cannot imagine. They didn't even give a reason for bringing it in! People only assume it's because fansites are raking in money from Habbo, and even then that's assuming Habbo actually have a reason for bringing in the rule, because there really is no logical reason for itYeah it really isn't like we do it just to cause a fuss. I agree with it being a stupid rule. I was talking to Redtiz about it in HxHD a few months ago and she said she thinks it's something to do with legal reasons.
I think some fansites were scamming users through VIP sales and sales of other produce and parents were contacting Habbo blaming Habbo as obviously the root of fansites is Habbo, and they are the big company, fansites are small organisations ran by young people.
Silly reasoning if yu ask me and it's just stronger support for a more defined fansite list.Hopefully common sense and basic human decency will prevail. Sulake would be better allowing their fansites on the list to sell it, then say anyone not on tbhis list is not authorised to sell, if you buy - that is your fault.
Although, if VIP for Japan can not allow Habbox to get some profit then it should be sold. It would be financially stupid to give yet another months money to charity, when there are already large costs.

Sorry if Jin has said anything, not read the 90 something posts, just giving my initial thoughts.
1. Create Habbox Charity
2. Introduce VIP on Habbox where all proceeds go to Habbox Charity
3. Habbox Charity supports Habbox
4. ???
5. Profit
