Hi
If this has already been posted then oops but I didn't know
Someone is going to die (A MAIN CHARACTER)
One of the main characters from 'Doctor Who' is set to die in the new series, its creator has revealed.
'Doctor Who' head writer Steven Moffat said in Doctor Who magazine that the character due to leave in the opening show will be either the Timelord (Matt Smith), Amy Pond (Karen Gillan), Rory Williams (Arthur Darvill) or River Song (Alex Kingston).
He commented: "We're not lying, we're not cheating. One of those four people is going to die. The Doctor's darkest hour is coming. Shows like ‘Doctor Who’ should have big colourful, memorable moments that make you go, 'What the hell?' Well, this is one of them."
And while it’s still unclear which of the show's regulars will bow out, here’s what we do know so far about the upcoming series…
Speaking at a launch event at London's Olympia, Moffat revealed that the opening episode of the new season will be the darkest and scariest one yet.
He said: "We've been pretty dark before in 'Doctor Who'. But we're coming in from the dark side just because we haven't done it that way before", adding, "First of all, you make 'Doctor Who' frightening to appeal to children. It's the children who find it frightening, not the adults, and children absolutely rank 'Doctor Who' stories in order of frightened-ness - that's what it's about. You put the jokes in and the silly bits in for the adults and you put the scary bits in for the kids."
The new series, which kicks off on BBC One on 23 April, will see the Timelord head to 1960s America together with sidekicks Amy Pond, Rory William and River Song.
In the two-part season opener – made up of episodes 'The Impossible Astronaut' and 'Day of the Moon' – the quartet find themselves helping President Nixon chase a mysterious astronaut and fight aliens.
The new series, which features guest appearances from stars including Lily Cole and James Corden, will for the first one to be split into two parts. The first seven episodes will be shown this spring, while the last six will air in the autumn. A massive cliffhanger will keep fans guessing all summer.
Who do you think is going to leave 'Doctor Who' for good? And should the series really be darker?...

Okay... why did he say River Song's name? She already died in the Library two-parter... unless.
Hmmm.
There's only reason he'd say River's name.
It can't be Rory.
My bets on:
1/2 River
1/4 Doctor
1/4 Amy
I think it's the doctor and that ties in with the whole old-TARDIS and Moffat must have done the whole "I killed a good man" thing said by river sometime soon so yah.

Mofffaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat!Moffat deserves some writers award if all of that is actually related. I was thinking that there must be something linking the series, initially I thought that the 10 years he was gone happened because he got preoccupied, not just because the tardis was damaged.
