Repeatedly freezing when inserting image

This is the second day in a row now, that I've lost an article because of the editor freezing when I attempt to insert an image. I simply put the URL for the image in (on the image properties screen) and the whole screen goes white.

I'm using Google Chrome and this is starting to really tick me off, as I've lost two long articles because of it and its starting to put me off writing anymore.

I'll look into this and see if I can replicate that error for me on Chrome. In the meantime until this is fixed I suggest using another browser.

It might also be worth writing your article on MSWord and then copying it over - and on that note I think I'm going to add an automatic saving system into the editor as so once a minute, perhaps, it saves what you've been working on incase of such errors.

Okay, thanks. I am now doing what you've suggested and I'll have a go using Firefox
