If Sulake actually produced physical products, I would understand. The only expenditure they have are business requirements (offices etc..), their servers (which they will own, not rent) and staff wages.

So with every sale they make, they aren't exactly losing out. So their tax is pathetic. Also they actually call it tax too, which I don't think they're giving to the government to call it tax ^_^

Also, their target audience is also an easy target. If it was adults playing, there's more chances they they would refuse to purchase or send letters to authorities

Clearly sending letters to authorities would do nothing.

Sulake would never risk breaking any laws etc.

I mean things like ofcom and trading standards. They sell things for charity (earth hour etc..) and pocket the cash.

Oh yeah I disagree with that. On the other hand, they don't say anything actually goes to the charity, and if they do they would say how much the charity actually gets.

As I say, they would make sure they are not breaching any trading standards etc etc

I think I remember that Habbo wrote in one of the articles that if you buy the candle all the money goes to Earth Hour?

How much would that be? Would you actually have to buy credits before hand?

I mean I could buy 50 candles, yet not actually buy a single credit - yet they would have to pay 10p for every candle sold (are they 1c)? Or 30p if they are 3c each.

    It isn't low.

They made a mistake ever making credit tradable, so they had to try and repair their mistakes.

It is annoying I agree. If maybe they kept in on everything but the 1 and 5c it would help new users tremendously as it is 50% tax on 1c.
