I used dragon bones from 44 then from 62 - 70 I used about 500 frost dragon bones which is about 8mil

I normally do infernal ashes I think it is; use them on gilded altar with incense burners lit. Just worked it out to be roughly 4m from 60-70. Mmmm maybe I did something wrong lol D:
