Pointless badges, to be honest. The gifting badge is enough for someone.
Still, I can see a lot of people are using this as an option to get free Stickies out of those badge-crazy folk.

Simple really, sticky limit to a room is 200, so therefore if you tried to drop one in a room that already has 200 you'll get an error thus keeping your sticky. However your achievement still goes up
