It is, at least in my case. Keyboards definitely not, but a good mouse will help quite a bit.

I'm a heavy BC2 player, and the more expensive mice use the better lasers which is everything for pinpoint accuracy.

    I recommend the G500

Really? raped as in people would bite your head off for cheating or the other players would just be better than you?

A mouse will and always has been far better than a controller. Console FPS games always have a built in autoaim mechanism to compensate for the controller, whereas the PC version wouldn't, hence, you'd be raped, again... and again... and again.

My older brother is mad about gaming and he's got this mouse:

I know it's wireless but it's really reliable and not expensive!

I've been scrawling it forever but it never makes sense to me at all...

Doesn't work - serousl difficult - controllers are nothing like as good as mouse for FPS - hence why I don't play FPS on my PS3 haha Thanks anyway

Keyboard is more because of my current being unresponsive so want a wired one that is also good to type on

Will take a look at it!

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showpr...odid=KB-002-BZ is the one I use. It's extremely sensitive and precise, but you can turn the dpi down using the button behind the scroller or through the config software supplied with it.

(also has a comfortable ergonomic design)

What games do you play because if he is interested in mostly FPS games I doubt he will use all the buttons
