FOR LUNCH
I had erm cheese and onion quiche with chips and lots of salad
for dinner I had a small bowl of potatos with home grown spinach leaves and peas with butter OH MY GOD IT WAS HEAVENLY my mother grows food better than she cooks it WOW
and I had a bowl of weetabix

sat on the beach eating 2 sausage rolls with a can of pepsi for lunch and for tea I sat on the beach with chips
