    nah my diet is awful right now, it's pretty much 90% carbs and sugar
    i'll sort it out when i get my flat sorted but right now i only have a microwave, no oven, which makes things quite difficult

    Nah. I never did have a balanced diet. Fruits in once in a while. Vegetables, never.. LOL.. Meat.. YEAH! Always.. Water. love water but hate carbonated drinks. Cakes and ice cream. love them esp. Mcdonald's ice cream

    I do not have a healthy diet right now... I'm on the Atkins diet (I'm not overweight) because I miss being skinny like I was in my teens.
    I only eat about 20g carbohydrates a day, and hardly any sugar at all. I eat loads of veg and protein, however. When I reach my target weight I'll re-introduce carbs but not white carbs eg. pasta, white rice, white bread etc and I probably won't eat much sugar either.

    Im eating about 50% protein 30% carbs 20% fats atm

    Trying to control carbs (mainly sugar and GI). Diets worked well so far feeling quite ripped got a few veins on my abs.

    Three more weeks and should be rippeddddd

    Very much so. I have a lot of meat (especially fish and steak), vegtables and fruit. I love potatoes, peas, beans and eggs and have a sandwich, breakfast and milk most days. I rarely eat sweets and chocolate and only have cake and such on special occasions. When I was a little kid I barely ate anything, but since then I have eaten very well. I don't have a specific diet, that's just how I like my food. I do tend to snack a lot at night though, which I don't really like doing, but my sleeping pattern is messed up and I get hungry.

    When i'm at work on a weekend, i eat SOOO healthy. M&S food is just too nice. I always get loads of fruit and stuff.

    My problem is during the week. I never eat breakfast, and then i'll have something packed with carbs for dinner (pasta etc) and then because i'm a really fussy eater, i basically eat nothing for my tea. My family all eat salad and all this different type of food, whereas i'll be sat there with like an empty plate as i don't like what they eat.

    Then at night i just go crazy, i eat cereal and toast all the time at night. My family go to sleep incredibly earlier so i'm just downstairs until like 12/1am watching something crap on TV or eating. I'm like nocturnal or something

    I'd say so. I eat a mixture of "good" and "bad" foods and I seem to be healthy so..!
