I totally understand why a 'director' hates the most successful series of movies in terms of financial success ever.



Oh yeah, I agree. The actors in Harry Potter are atrocious. Those atrocious actors are part of the reason it is the biggest series of movies in terms of excitement factor etc in the 21st century (in my opinion, and lets be honest with ourselves it probably is when looking at the thing that matters. The amount of money it makes.

Looking forward to this as I do enjoy the movies. It is a shame they are never as thorough as the books, although you have to expect that when you look at the superb amounts of detail in the books.

That said, both Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint are very hammy actors.

Even though I'm a huge fan, I've often laughed out loud at some of Daniel's acting.

I have nothing against Harry Potter (apart from the principle actors abilities) and am happy that it gives British workers in the industry so much work. I do not like the films as they've never appealed to me. All I said was that to make such a statement as was made earlier is preposterous, but as usual it's jump on Adam no matter what.
