As I said, I don't feel that a spoiler is completely necessary if the video on face value isn't rude (preview image/name). If the video has strong language in the video and has a warning, then it should be fine as red writing sticks out like a sore thumb. It's better than wasting a moderator's time afterall, might make them more sociable too
