Unfortunately when reputation is removed it's completely purged from the database so there's no way to keep track of it's history, and thus no way of knowing once seven days has gone by.

However, in cases where two users engage in a varient of reputation war (where one reps, the other gets removed, the other reps, gets removed and so on) the Forum Manager set the reputation to neutral so the reoffending member cannot continue dishing out reputation.

a lot of paperwork, but surely with two features managers they can moderate whom is the worst offenders and let scott/super mod's know to take care of it?
i often have no issue of serial -rep's, normally i just get several giant blocks of red from tons of people :].

I deal with the rep and if someones name starts coming up a lot or if like David said people who continue to constantly -rep each other and report it will be dealt with

To correct myself, Scott does manage reputation, that was recently changed and one of the reasons was to deal with situations just like you've explained, my bad
