There are a lot of errors, as pointed out. Just try and fix them first before entering.

It's not good, and not completely bad.

    - You need to make the graffiti look like they're on the actual wall, not sticking out. Maybe follow Kasabian's tutorial about posters in the graphics forum somewhere.
    - The ramps are all cut out, I'm assuming because you've ripped them from Kasbian's entry here?
    - Why are the guys on skateboards just randomly placed on the alteration? You need to make it more realistic as if they're on the ramp not falling from the sky.
    - You're using harsh colours for the graffiti, use some more realistic and dark colours, and also lower the opacity.
    - The bin in the corner next to the yellow lady is raised up a bit, what is it supposed to be balancing on?
    - You need to improve the shading on the cans too

Just my little bit of feedback.

i'll tell ya what it actually looks like... know them sticker books where they give you a background and then the backpage there's loads of stickers that you can stick anywhere on the background

    like that
