Bad foot?

Yeah basically, the pain is like from the middle of the foot to the toe. It's ligament problems, I'm making another doctors appointment see if they can do anything about it

So like I have a bad foot, like I can hardly walk on it. I havent hit it anywhere, and I;ve had it for ages, what can I do to ease the pain apart from painkillers? Btw I went to the doctors they told me to take Ibuprofen and I wear a bandage on it. Thaanks

I think the best thing to do is soke it is some warm water, then put in asome rap. Thats all i can think of.

Stop taking ibuprofen and talk to you doctor at earliest. Have you tried fomentation with ice?
if possible do upload the picture of your foot so it would be easy for us to diagnose something.

Painkillers often have side effects. I always take painkillers for my leg too. It hurts till I can't sleep at night. Sometimes, I use ointment and then, massage it. Try other methods other than painkillers. Hope you'll get better.

Yeah I put a rap around it (Bandage) and it helped a little but not really..

Aye, I;m going to the doctors tomorrow hopefully they;ll do something about it? And it's not really swolen or anything but it hurts imma try to get a pic x]

Alright, so its worst than I thought, it's reaaallly swolen, I've taken 2 pics of it. And it's super swolen. It looks so fat ;3
