30 episode series? Na it was because of winter it was gonna be 10 then 30. I was happy with 20, 2 terms a year were fine for me. Personally I believe it will break until August not September then the last set are aired before christmas.

Yeah, I think it'll be earlier too. Remember Series 5 --> Series 6, there was only like a 3 week break!!

I was wondering that too! BBC are having major cut-backs taking out all these characters from waterloo road, eastenders etc.

I doubt Holly Kenney "Sam" cost much to employ. It's a school based drama, it's inevitable that characters won't last long - especially the pupils.
