Well i suppose anything can happen in racing!
Heres hoping that something does happen & we get someone nearer to Vettel to challenge him

The battle for second place looks fantastic. Fernando and Lewis on the back foot as it stands.
One for the road.
Strange turn of events really. Ricciardo has a drive for Hispania until the Inidian GP when Karthikeyan reclaims his seat for the race. I thought Hispanias primary sponser backed Karthikeyan so will be interesting to see if they stay. At least Ricciardo hopefully won't be colourblind in the slow Hispania, like Karthikeyan and his lack off taking notice to blue flags.
Also, 24 cars finishing isn't exactly a great achievement. Where has the fun of engine failures, punctures etc gone, Trulli summed it up well with his boring year due to "perfect cars".

hi
Pirelli's are quite good in that they don't get punctures.
And I'm pleased for Ricciardo - he has them potential to be an OZ world champion!
One for the road.
Just letting you know new F1 comp here:

I am really looking forward to the weekend especially as the weather is predicted to be changeable.
Williams to run Renault power new year.
Hispania under new ownership.
Daniel Riccardo to replace Karthikayan. (If thats how you spell it?)
McLaren and Virgin form a partnership to use wind tunnels, each others technology, etc.
McLaren renew contract with Gary Paffet (reserve driver).
Lots of big F1 developments this week!![]()
One for the road.
Once again Team McLaren fail their drivers. If I were Jenson I'd consider that Ferrari drive!
One for the road.
Agreed McLaren failed on Jensons pit stop & with Lewis's fuel only just lasting!
Glad to see someone winning & not being Vettel, but i would have preffered it if Webber had won.
Vettel is still in prime position for title with him being 80 points infront still
I know I'm late but I've only just been able to catch up
Silverstone was brilliant overall as a weekend, camped at Woodlands Campsite (next to the track) and enjoyed a brilliant three days of motorsport. The race was pretty good, as half of the track was wet (bit where I was sitting at Copse) and the other half (nearest the Wing) was dry. So I managed to see most of the overtaking moves. Only negative is when your there you miss out on all the gossip. I never knew anything about Hamilton's fuel or RBR team orders. Even saw Jenson and Lewis at a Vodafone event, and EJ on Saturday evening at the campsite.
Hopefully McLaren can come through this 'dark patch.' Its starting to look like Ferrari have now overtaken McLaren pace wise (they always are late to catch up, but when they do you can't stop them)
I'll post some photos up later, when I've put them online somewhere.
