First you wanna set yourself a more realistic target weight, and then shop around for diet plans and exercise routines that you don't mind doing - there's no point signing up for anything you really hate as you won't stick with it and the weight will just pile back on. Exercise and dieting are BOTH vital, if you just go for one you won't have healthy weight loss

No snacking between meals, balanced diet, regular exercise - maybe make a workout plan? Stick to these for a couple of months instead of making it into a one off to actually see it working.

You want to lose it from your chest? Do some chest workouts in the gym. Obviously you need to run, combined with cycling would be good to work your legs. Although if it's simply your chest swimming would also be good.

I wouldnt avoid snacking completely between meals as a few users are saying.

Why? because if you starve your body for long periods of time you wont loose weight at all, if anything you'll put weight on, you wont be burning fat in the time your starving yourself between meals, instead your be burning muscle (your body will burn muscle instead of fat because it will give it more of what your body needs)

When i say snack i dont be binge up on chocolate, sweets etc.

Eat fruit. Apples are highly reccomended when loosing weight - The fact that an average apple counts as roughly 30% of your GDA of fibre (which helps the rate you digest foods and also helps your metabolism).

Apples also produce something called 'Pectim' its virtually a sticky substance that flows through your blood, which also helps lower your cholestral levels.

Drink Water; Again if your well hydrated loosing weight should be swift, aim for a minimum of 3 litres a day.

    Good luck =].

    I probably wasn't clear enough
When I say snacking I mean don't eat junk food such as chocolate and crisps, also try and avoid fast food.
