Soda water*Cardiovascular in the gym will help burn the fat and you also have to tighten your chest muscles to get some definition. Have a high protein low fat diet (it's filling, so you won't feel like snacking) however if you get the munchies just eat peanuts/fruit. If you crave fizzy drinks just drink sofa water. You gotta be disciplined

That's why we seize the moment, try to freeze it and own it, squeeze it and hold it cause we consider these minutes golden.
Also, the thought of just eating 3 meals a day sickens me tbh :/

You do realise that weight loss depends on burning more energy than you intake, right?
Kinda did, you weigh 12 or 13 stone at 5'9, even at the lowest of that range (12 stone) you're borderline overweight
Eat 5 small meals a day, keep the calorie intake lower than calorie burn. Job done.

For losing weight I would stick to five, small and consistent meals. Also drink lots of water! Good luck buddy!
